The Jean Jacket is made in a heavy-weight raw denim, all materials have been sourced in New York City’s garment district. The garment has been designed to fit oversized to accommodate layering and flatter different body types.

This piece features a 1960’s inspired spread collar with angled pockets and a drop shoulder. Details include high polish nickel snaps and double d-rings at the front closure and sleeve belts as well as cream double needle contrast top stitching thoughout. This piece is unlined. ONE SIZE ONLY

Each jacket is lovingly hand constructed in Leila’s studio in Brooklyn, NY.

“Rashelle and I met around a decade ago, both working at a little vintage store located in a basement beneath a pickle themed pizza place. I was immediately drawn to her creative vision and collaborative approach. Over the years, our paths have crossed repeatedly and we’ve worked together on various different projects.

Two years ago, Rashelle and I designed an oversized denim jacket. We wanted to make something that flattered different body-types and could act as a versatile piece in anyones closet. The learning involved in designing and constructing garments is constant and we decided re-approach this concept again utilizing the new skills gained in the last few years.
